The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG). This privacy policy informs you about the key aspects of data processing on our website and in our ticket shop.

3. Collection and processing of data

When you buy tickets, reserve a table or send an enquiry via our website, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, phone number as well as order and payment data) to handle your request and fulfil the contract.

For ticket sales we use the ticketing system pretix (rami.io GmbH, Germany) as a processor. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland); the data required for payment is transmitted directly to the payment provider. Your data is not passed on to other third parties unless this is necessary for contract fulfilment or required by law.

Your data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or due to statutory retention obligations.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your device via your browser. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the ticket shop cart and for saving your cookie preference) are set on the basis of our legitimate interest.

We only set analytics and marketing cookies with your consent, which you can give or refuse via the cookie banner. You can reset your choice at any time by deleting your browser data.
